Joseph Haney III

Joseph Haney III, co-chair of Nossaman LLP’s real estate group, advises developers, hotel operators, and investors on complex real estate transactions nationwide. His practice spans urban infill acquisitions, residential development, multi-family and single-family projects, and hospitality investments, often from land acquisition through construction. Haney also serves as outside general counsel for select clients, managing all aspects of their real estate dealings. Recent work includes high-profile hotel acquisitions, multi-entity joint ventures, and strategic advisory matters for investors and developers across Southern California.
