Susan Eandi is the Immediate Past Chair of the Firm’s North America Employment & Compensation Practice, leads the Global Employment and Labor Law Practice for North America, and is a member of the Firm's North America Regional Management Committee and the Client Advisory Board.

Susan was recognized on the shortlist of honorees in the prestigious Women in Business Law Americas Awards for 2024 for Labor & Employment Lawyer of the Year.

Susan speaks regularly for organizations including ACC, Tech GC, Silicon Valley AGC and World Business Council for Sustainable Development. Susan publishes extensively in various external legal publications in addition to handbooks/magazines published by the Firm.

Susan is a recognized leader in employment law by International Employment Lawyer, The Daily Journal, Legal 500 PLC and is a Chambers-ranked attorney.

Career

Susan focuses her practice on cross-border employment matters arising throughout the employment relationship. She serves as trusted counsel to companies on various employment matters, helping them in all aspects of global workforce management. In addition to advising on expansion into new jurisdictions, managing global workforces and exiting employment relationships.

Susan also advises on employment law matters arising from mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, spin-offs, tax and supply chain restructuring, post-acquisition integration, outsourcing, online marketplace models and global workforce engagement and expansion models. She also actively advises and hosts roundtable discussions for global companies on employment law issues relating to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as managing workforces in the time of COVID and global remote work models.
