Ms. Kattan has over 25 years of patent litigation experience, including 5 years as a Senior Investigative Attorney at the Office of Unfair Import Investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission. She has litigated dozens of Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as related Customs and Border Protection Rule 177 proceedings and district court patent lawsuits throughout the country in cases involving communications standards, streaming video, medical devices, semiconductor manufacturing, memory devices, polymers, pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
