Holland & Knight is home to an active patent litigation group with strong presence in manufacturing, telecom and software industries. The firm draws on its deep bench of trial attorneys to litigate on behalf of blue-chip companies like AT&T and Ericsson in the appellate and district courts across the country. R. Work highlights

Served as lead counsel defending Fortune 150 company Broadcom, Inc. in patent litigation filed by Alpha Modus Ventures, LLC, a micro-cap technology company specialising in AI-driven retail technology, involving storage technology.
Represented Ryanair, the largest airline in Europe, in a series of suits alleging that online travel agents violated the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) by scraping and selling Ryanair’s flights without authorisation.
