Served as lead counsel defending Fortune 150 company Broadcom, Inc. in patent litigation filed by Alpha Modus Ventures, LLC, a micro-cap technology company specialising in AI-driven retail technology, involving storage technology.
Represented Ryanair, the largest airline in Europe, in a series of suits alleging that online travel agents violated the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) by scraping and selling Ryanair’s flights without authorisation.
