The IP litigation group is co-chaired by Douglas Kubehl in Dallas and Roger Fulghum in Houston as well as New York-based lawyer Jennifer Tempesta, who focuses on patent litigation in the district courts and at the International Trade Commission, and Dallas partner Christa Brown-Sanford, who focuses on licensing and patent prosecution in the energy and tech spaces. - Represented Textron Innovations Inc. in a trial against SZ DJI Technology in which a jury awarded Textron $278.9m in damages, finding that DJI directly and indirectly infringed two patents.
