Work highlights
Defended a class action challenging Qualcomm’s patent licensing business and royalty rates (scheduled for trial in October 2025).
Represented AT&T in two ongoing patent litigations related to (1) related to methods of using Passive Optical Networks (PONs) to distribute virtually separated signals to end users (SPADA Innovations, Inc. v. AT&T Inc.) and (2) radio frequency spectrum management in wireless networks (USTA Technology, LLC v. AT&T).
Secured a summary judgment victory for Oilify New-Tech Solutions Inc. (Oilify) in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, finding invalid all asserted claims of all three asserted patents, resolving all patent infringement claims in favor of Oilify.
