Madison is a shareholder in the real property practice group. She represents borrowers, lenders, buyers, sellers and developers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Within her multi-family affordable housing practice, Madison has worked with HUD and housing agencies in over a dozen states on matters involving properties financed with LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credits), HOME funds and other similar funding sources.
