Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP has an illustrious history in restructurings and bankruptcies on both sides of the Atlantic. It is particularly known for creditor and investor representations in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. It frequently represents UK and European funds and creditors on chapter 11 cases and other aspects of US bankruptcy law.
