Robert Stark is chair of Brown Rudnick's Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Practice Group. Robert focuses his practice on complex corporate restructuring, including in-court Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court workouts. He has extensive experience representing debtors/borrowers, secured and unsecured creditors, official creditor/equity committees, and other significant parties-in-interest in large corporate insolvency matters.

Robert frequently speaks on complex restructuring topics. He is regularly invited to guest lecture student classes at institutions of higher learning, such as Boston College Carroll School of Management, Boston University Law School, Cardozo School of Law, Columbia Business School, George Mason University (Antonin Scalia) Law School, Georgia State University Law School, Harvard Law School, NYU Stern School of Business, UC Berkeley Law School, University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce, and Vanderbilt Law School.
