Work highlights
- Represent PGC and AF&PA in the Florida Gas Transmission tariff proceedings concerning renewable natural gas (RNG) proposed pipeline gas quality standards. This case has the potential to set industry precedents in gas standards for pipelines transporting RNG nationwide. We also filed comments in opposition to the settlement proposal of FGT on RNG standards in July of 2024.
- Representing Puget Sound Energy as the Operator of the Jackson Prairie Storage Project, an underground natural gas storage facility, with report of activity under blanket certificate authorization. In 2024, we filed an updated annual report under blanket certificate authority, and we are working on a supplement to that report.
- Representing Local Distribution Company in Las Vegas, NV Energy, in FERC natural gas rate proceeding against Gas Transmission Northwest. These negotiations resulted in a settlement which is expected to have a substantial rate decrease.
