Founded in 2024, Arcadia Finance specializes in funding commercial and patent disputes in the United States, as well as domestic and international arbitrations, regularly working on both a single-case or portfolio basis. Co-founders Ronit Cohen, David Kerstein and Joshua Libling collectively bring a wealth of experience to the firm: Cohen focuses on underwriting and investment evaluation, while Kerstein advises clients on litigation risk management. Libling oversees the firm’s operational and financial functions.
