Since their founding in 2021, Erso Capital have funded a wide variety of cases in the United States, with a key area of focus being patent litigation. Their second litigation fund launched in 2025, and they have a close affiliation with litigation insurance broker TheJudge, offering clients a multi-faceted approach to their litigation support needs. James Blick is a co-founder and heads up the U.S investment strategy, bringing two decades of experience as a board and investment committee member at Erso. Caroline Parker-Beaudrias serves as investment counsel and oversees the underwriting process.
