Serving as lead counsel, moved for preliminary approval of a $250 million settlement in a securities class action against Rivian Automotive, its officers and directors, and the underwriters of its 2021 IPO. Plaintiffs, led by Swedish pension fund AP7, alleged that Rivian failed to disclose that the cost of producing its R1 electric vehicles exceeded their retail prices at the time of the IPO, ensuring losses on every unit sold.
Serving as lead class counsel in this securities fraud action against NVIDIA and its CEO Jensen Huang. Brought on behalf of Öhman Fonder (now Lannebo Kapitalförvaltning AB) and Stichting Pensioenfonds PGB, the case alleges that defendants concealed NVIDIA’s heavy reliance on GPU sales to cryptocurrency miners from August 2017 to November 2018.
