Obtained dismissal with prejudice of the major shareholder securities class action filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, pursuant to our motion to dismiss the amended complaint on behalf of Horizon Bancorp, its CEO and CFO, and its board of directors.
Achieved another full dismissal in a securities class action—one on behalf of FNA Group—where the court agreed that the plaintiffs had not sufficiently alleged scheme liability based on conduct occurring in connection with FNA’s asset purchase from Renewable Innovations, Inc.
