Baker McKenzie LLP‘s international litigation practice regularly represents clients in complex commercial disputes, particularly class actions and multi-party litigation, in matters spanning jurisdictions. Enforcing US judgments abroad and foreign judgments in the US is another strength of the practice. San Francisco-based Mark Goodman co-chairs the commercial litigation practice, with experience in state and federal courts, for domestic and international clients. In Washington DC, Jennifer Semko’s practice focuses on internal investigations, with expertise in cross-border judicial processes. Operating out of the Dallas office, Michelle Hartman has over two decades advising on complex multidistrict and class litigation, as well as leading in workplace and internal investigations. Dallas-based Mark Taylor focuses on defending class actions, and multi-district litigation, while William Roppolo in Miami acts on matters with alleged antitrust, fraud, and money laundering violations. In Houston, David Baay  has extensive knowledge of greenwashing and PFAS litigation. The practice has expanded significantly in the last year, with David Baay, Jack Massey, Kelsey Machado, and Ian Shelton joining the practice in January 2024. Teresa Michaud and Jessica Averitt left the practice in February and March 2024 respectively.
