Andrea Welter

Andrea Welter has extensive experience in business transactions, corporate law (corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships), corporate governance, entity selection and formation, finance (startup and operating entities), federal and state securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, intellectual property (trademark and copyright), and nonprofit organizations. Andrea enjoys advising clients through the buy and sell process of a business (from structuring the transaction or drafting and negotiating letters of intent and purchase agreements). Andrea’s work includes the preparation of disclosure documents for private company financing transactions, as well as agreements for business and real estate transactions, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures, company dissolutions and lending transactions. Andrea also acts as general counsel for various corporate entities.
