His litigation docket routinely includes “business divorce” cases, partnership disputes, business torts, contractual disputes, fiduciary duty claims and misappropriation of trade secrets. Ben often defends clients against overly restrictive noncompete agreements and prosecutes claims against employees who flout the terms of reasonable noncompetes.
