Jack is Co-Chair of the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Practice Group, Co-Chair of the Cannabis Practice Group, and a Partner in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department. He is also a wiggin(x) Co-Founder and Partner.

Jack focuses his practice on venture capital, startup and early-stage companies and their financing needs. In addition, Jack has a broad-based corporate and commercial practice, including handling mergers and acquisitions and other complex commercial transactions. Jack has over fifteen years of extensive experience advising clients on corporate, transactional, commercial and regulatory needs. Jack’s client base covers a wide range of companies including venture capital, technology, life sciences, market research, software, digital media, cannabis, manufacturing, retail, apparel, non-profits and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Jack worked as managing principal of a corporate boutique law firm based in Connecticut. He is Co-Chair of the Business Law Committee of the Fairfield County Bar Association and President of the Fordham Law Alumni Connecticut Chapter. Jack is a founding Co-Chair of Wiggin and Dana’s DRIVE Caregiving People Group. Jack currently volunteers his time as the President of the New Canaan Youth Softball Board and the New Canaan Men’s Platform Tennis League.
