David Albin

David Albin is a partner at Finn Dixon & Herling. Albin’s practice areas include: mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, securities & equity financing transactions.  Albin has worked across a broad range of industries, and has represented clients in both the buy and sell side of commercial transactions. He has had significant experience in representing private equity, and venture capital groups, and has represented these groups in complex transactions. Albin has represented private equity groups such as Heartwood Partners in sales, managing complex sales requirements in the process.
