Khan assists businesses with legal entity formation, private equity, venture capital, and debt/financing, as well as various restructurings, redemptions, mergers, and acquisitions, and corporate lending. Additionally, Khan acts as outside general counsel for many clients negotiating service contracts, buy-sell agreements, and distribution agreements.
