Lauren Jaffe is a versatile litigator with experience navigating complex legal issues, from discreet internal investigations to large-scale class actions. Clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies trust Lauren to achieve the best results possible in the courtroom or during settlement negotiations.
In both her written and oral advocacy, Lauren skillfully distills complex ideas, legal landscapes, and fact patterns into concise and persuasive arguments. She has a track record of successfully litigating commercial, white collar, product liability, real estate, toxic tort, and intellectual property disputes in federal and state court. Many of Lauren’s clients operate in highly regulated industries. She understands her clients’ goals and doggedly pursues them, leading to efficient and effective case management and resolution.
Lauren has experience in all phases of litigation from investigation through trial, appeal, and judgment enforcement, including case strategy and management, drafting successful dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and sentencing memoranda, arguing dispositive and expert-related motions, handling all aspects of discovery, negotiating settlements, and preparing and examining fact and expert witnesses for deposition and trial.
