Lauren Jaffe is a versatile litigator with experience navigating complex legal issues, from discreet internal investigations to large-scale class actions. Lauren has experience in all phases of litigation from investigation through trial, appeal, and judgment enforcement, including case strategy and management, drafting successful dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and sentencing memoranda, arguing dispositive and expert-related motions, handling all aspects of discovery, negotiating settlements, and preparing and examining fact and expert witnesses for deposition and trial.
