Belinda Arambula

Belinda has first-chair trial experience in more than 35 jury trials and several other bench trials. Belinda has a robust trial docket and is well-versed in appellate practice in the state and federal courts of Texas. Belinda’s docket primarily is comprised of construction defect, premises liability, and commercial trucking cases and she routinely appears in court on disputed matters in cases across the state. She is ranked as Band Two for the LegalElite500. As of June 2024, Belinda was appointed by the State Bar of Texas to serve as the vice chair of the State Bar of Texas Administration of Rules of Evidence Committee. She is an active member of the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin, where she has served in leadership and speaking roles for several years, and she is active on the boards of the Austin Bar Foundation and Avance Austin. Currently, Belinda serves on the steering committee for the Texas Minority Counsel Program Belinda also has been listed as a Texas rising star in the past.
