Mosaic Insurance
Founded in 2021, Mosaic Insurance launched its litigation liability offering in 2023 with a focus on underwriting ATE insurance for litigation and arbitration cases. The team is expanding and pushing a client-focused approach to underwriting legal insurance across a variety of disputes, including professional negligence, breach of contract and insolvency, among others. Sarah Bowden, who boasts nearly two decades of experience as an insurance litigator, heads up the litigation liability team, with Victoria Hatton and Dónal Clark acting as underwriters.
