Founded in 2018, Exton Advisors is a London-based advisory and litigation funding brokerage that works across the capital structure, connecting borrowers, funders and investors. Positioning itself as an end-to-end “risk to capital” platform, the firm focuses on high-value litigation and arbitration, with particular activity in group actions, class proceedings and Competition Appeal Tribunal matters. The firm was co-founded by John Astill, Hash Dave and Tom Steindler , who also serve as managing directors. Astill’s expertise lies in collective actions and CAT claims, Dave leads on deal structuring, credit analysis and investments, and Steindler leads the company’s corporate finance business.
