Acting as lead and sole counsel to Maha Energy AB (“Maha”) in the sale of its remaining 65% participating interest in the Block 70 Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement (“EPSA”) in Oman, via the transfer of 100% of the issued share capital of Maha Energy (Oman) Ltd, a Cypriot company holding the participating interest.
Acted as lead counsel to Mercantile in its indirect acquisition of 90% of the issued share capital of GTI Fujairah FZC (“GTIF”) through the purchase of 100% of the issued share capital of GTI Fujairah Holdings S.A., a Panamanian holding company, from Global Terminal Holdings B.
