Advised the financiers (Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank (commercial lender) and Al Rajhi Banking and Investment Corporation and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (Islamic lenders)) on all aspects of the project financing provided to the winning consortium of Al Jomaih and Total Energies in respect of the 300MW solar power plant to be built and operated at Rabigh, Saudi Arabia being procured as part of the "REPDO Round V" strategic procurement process.
