GOLAW is highly active in contentious tax, advising a domestic and international clientele on litigation and a range of pre-trial matters, including audits and out-of-court negotiations. Jointly leading the team are Valentyn Gvozdiy, Viktoriia Bublichenko, and Sergiy Oberkovych. Gvozdiy’s tax practice is supplemented by experience in the corporate and banking sectors. Oberkovych is a key contact for international tax matters, and acts on tax issues relating to M&A, real estate transactions, and investments. Bublichenko, who made partner in 2024, contributes key expertise in audits.
