Avellum delivers multidisciplinary support across customs issues, trade finance, IP protection and regulatory matters. The team has developed targeted solutions for four priority areas, namely, defence-sector supply chains, reconstruction initiatives, foreign investment flows, and navigating regulatory constraints under martial law; this allows the firm to guide clients through heightened compliance demands, disrupted trade routes and evolving state controls. Vadim Medvedev, who heads up the tax and private client departments, and co-leads the dispute resolution team, also directs the international trade workstream, focusing on matters extending from cross-border structuring to trade-related disputes.
