Vadim has a successful track record in high-profile domestic disputes. Vadim regularly represents the clients in complex commercial disputes and disputes with state authorities.

Vadim also specialises in tax and succession planning matters. He has significant experience advising clients in international tax planning, transaction structuring and succession planning matters. He also provides general corporate and commercial advice.

Vadim Medvedev serves as the Head of the International Taxation working group in American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and was the member of the working group on VAT reform and  Expert Council at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
