Career
Andrii Hvozdetskyi’s considerable experience in resolving commercial disputes, debt restructuring and asset protection, and supporting forensic investigations allows him to advise clients at the stage of pre-trial settlement of disputes, evaluate legal protection mechanisms in commercial projects and transactions in the event of a dispute, and represent interests in courts banks and leading companies in various sectors of the economy.
Among the projects that Andrii Hvozdetskyi has worked on over the past years are the following:
– legal support for the process of restructuring loan portfolios of the largest national automaker and the resolution of litigation related to this;
– advising a leading Ukrainian bank on collecting bad debts of more than 106 million US dollars from a group of companies in the fuel and energy complex;
– representation of the interests of one of the largest in Europe specialized enterprise of the metallurgical sector in disputes with customs authorities;
– system support of one of the largest Ukrainian retail chains in litigation with contractual obligations.
