Kinstellar’s competition team advises on the antitrust aspects of commercial agreements and trade practices, abuse of dominance matters, private enforcement actions, including damages claims, and full-scale competition law due diligence exercises. The practice is jointly led by Olexander Martinenko, a competition specialist frequently involved in merger control filings, concerted practices, and misuse of dominant position cases, and Yulia Eismont, whose practice spans corporate, compliance, and anti-corruption matters and who regularly advises on merger clearances in cross-border transactions.
