Can Hasan Yılgür is a Partner at Yavuz & Uyanık. He advises national and international corporate clients on all insurance, commercial, execution and bankruptcy, debt recovery, dispute resolution and real estate matters. He can assist clients with both domestic and multijurisdictional legal concerns.

While Mr Yılgür has the skills and legal experience to assist the firm’s clients with a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, he is especially skilled in insurance law. For example, he often helps insurance companies and insurers in complex claim disputes and compensation lawsuits initiated against them. He represents clients in reinsurance lawsuits and lawsuits concerning insurance companies and their agencies. He is also an expert at handling recourse claims.

Due to his experience in both insurance and business law, Mr Yılgür provides comprehensive legal opinions to leading Turkish insurance companies, within the scope of applicable legislation.

Mr Yılgür joined the firm in 2012, and he was promoted to a firm Partner in 2018. He is an active member of the Istanbul Bar Association.
