Home to barristers who have been admitted to the Bahamian, Bermudan, BVI, and Cayman Bars, Wilberforce Chambers has a strong track record in international trusts disputes. Brian Green KC recently acted for the senior branch of a family in a trustees’ application worth over £5.2bn for authorisation to partition a trust fund in Re X Trusts. Clare Stanley KC has over two decades of experience in contentious trust and probate litigation, while Gilead Cooper KC’s recent workload encompasses Culgoa v Basement, a BVI and Jersey share transfer dispute. Jonathan Hilliard KC is vastly experienced in BVI trust disputes, and Benjamin Slingo is a key name rising through the ranks.
