With vast experience before the Privy Council, Tom Poole KC recently appeared in the Court of Appeal of Trinidad in relation to a major infrastructure development, while Tim Prudhoe’s recent caseload includes a dispute over recognition of a same-sex marriage in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Peter Knox KC has extensive experience acting for Caribbean public sector entities, and was recently instructed to represent the Government of Anguilla in a major Privy Council appeal arising from the restructuring of its banking sector (National Bank of Anguilla v Chief Minister of Anguilla and others).
