David Chivers KC recently acted on behalf of Sina Corporation in Cayman merger proceedings, the first case to consider disclosure restrictions imposed by PRC law. Michael Todd KC, represented the provisional liquidators of four insolvent Bermuda segregated account companies (NorthStar Financial Services (Bermuda) Ltd), in landmark proceedings on the scope and operation of segregated accounts. Edward Davies KC was instructed in IsZo v Nam Tai, a BVI appeal proceeding concerning a $170m share placement in a NYSE-listed company.
