Homburger‘s employment team, described by one client as ’highly specialised, pragmatic and responsive,’ is co-led by Balz Gross and Andreas Müller in Zurich, supported by Gregor Bühler, Gabrielle Nater-Bass and Jeremy Reichlin, the latter of whom joined the partnership in January 2026. Gross brings his contentious expertise to bear in disputes stemming from compensation-related disputes, while Müller assists corporates with matters of executive compensation. The team utilises multi-disciplinary groups to manage employment matters, including investigations, litigation and arbitration. On the advisory front, the team is particularly experienced in handling matters of executive remuneration, M&A, capital markets, and employment-related restructuring, including mass dismissals and social plan negotiations.
