
Pestalozzi attracts mandates from all sectors of the economy, and is particularly well regarded for its expertise in disputes relating to commodities and industrial goods. Florian Mohs heads up the arbitration practice with a ‘good eye for the commercial perspective’, working closely with former team lead Michael Kramer, who maintains an active practice. The firm regularly appears in proceedings under the ICC, Swiss, LCIA, UNCITRAL and CAS Rules. Christine Moehler departed the firm in April 2025, with Thomas Rohner and Lukas Rusch also leaving in October.
