The capital markets team at Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå remains active, adeptly handling debt and equity matters for a wide range of sponsors, investors and issuers across jurisdictions. On the ECM side, the group has recently worked on novel transactions, advising on debt-for-equity swaps, pre-IPO convertibles and cross-border IPOs. Carl Westerberg is highly regarded for his extensive experience in handling complex IPOs; likewise, Fredrik Palm stands out in the ECM space for his securities regulation advice. Another notable member of the team is Manfred Löfvenhaft, who has over thirty years of experience advising on IPOs. Within the DCM space, the group has been working on dual financing structures and sustainability-linked instruments. Mikael Borg leads the team alongside Westerberg and Palm, bringing a specialism in structuring debt transactions as well as hybrid instruments. Sofie Viktorsson is another key contact on the DCM side, with expertise in senior secured structures. Rounding out the team is Simon Wetterholm, who is well-versed in MTN programmes and hybrid instruments. Mikael Bolling is also a key member of the team.
