The practice is under the joint leadership of José Vicente Morote ,  who focuses on public procurement and regulated sectors, particularly infrastructure, construction and urbanism, and Arancha Bengoechea, who advises on contentious-administrative proceedings, public tenders, PPPs and regulatory procedures.
