ONTIER's dispute resolution practice is well-versed in handling high-value, high-profile litigation and arbitration proceedings at both domestic and international levels. The team has considerable experience advising on a wide range of disputes, including those arising from greenwashing, corporate transactions, and antitrust issues, as well as energy and infrastructure projects, construction, and agency contracts. With broad capabilities, the group has amassed an extensive and impressive client roster comprising notable blue-chip companies from the financial services, energy, and infrastructure sectors, to name a few. Pedro Rodero Rodríguez co-heads the department alongside Cristina Camarero Espinosa and Mercedes Romero Iglesias, and stands out for his expertise in international litigation and arbitration.
