Alex has over 20 years' experience advising clients on international projects in Spain. Representing the new breed of agile, multifaceted European professionals, Alex moved from his native Brussels to Barcelona in 1997 to start his career as an international lawyer in Spain. He relocated to Madrid in 2004 to join Hogan Lovells. Working in Brussels, Amsterdam, Barcelona and Madrid has enabled Alex to speak and work fluently in English, Spanish, French and Dutch.

Alex focuses his practice on international M&A, transactions and complex commercial projects. He has also represented clients in a variety of industry sectors over the years and  is particularly well placed to assist companies in the industrial, technology, e-commerce, retail, and life sciences field.
