'Known for its legal and sectoral knowledge, availability and quick response,' Andersen in Spain's banking and finance team handles a wide range of transactional matters - most notably corporate, project, and structured finance transactions - alongside financial regulatory issues. Co-head Guillermo Yuste steers the team in cross-border financings, specialising in project finance, debt restructuring, and syndicated loans, while co-leader Miguel Prado focuses on financial regulatory matters.
