Richard, a partner at RWK Goodman, has specialised in clinical negligence claims on behalf of claimants since 1997. Although based in our Oxford office, he works with clients across the country.

Richard is accredited under the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme and sits on the Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel. He is also one of the national brain injury charity Headway’s approved personal injury solicitors, and holds Senior Litigator status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Richard has given lectures on clinical negligence law and has been interviewed on local radio as well as TV.
