The team at Enable Law handles the full gamut of high-value and catastrophic birth and non-birth related claims. The department is co-led by Kym Provan, whose caseload covers spinal injuries, acquired brain injuries and delayed cancer diagnoses, and Alison McClure, who frequently acts as a court-appointed deputy and specialises in catastrophic injury cases involving children and individuals lacking capacity. John White has a strong focus on obstetric and acquired brain injury cases, drawing on his expertise as a qualified doctor, while Stewart Young has extensive experience in spinal and birth injury claims.
