Career
James is a Partner and Head of Brachers' Corporate and Commercial team. He sits on the firm's executive board and is also the lead partner in the international Marcalliance network.
He has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate law, working for a number of leading firms, and has been with Brachers since 2012.
James' team has been shortlisted for Corporate Law Firm of the Year, Deal of the Year and Private Equity/Venture Capital Deal of the Year at the South East Dealmakers Awards 2021.
