Simon Deans has been senior partner at the firm since 2017. He is a highly strategic corporate and commercial lawyer.
With his in-depth knowledge and experience, Simon provides commercially focused advice and handles all types of corporate and commercial work, including mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts. Specialising in technology and intellectual property issues, Simon has a wide-ranging portfolio of clients and a strong track record of achieving successful outcomes.
Having advised established brands and acted for Rico Logistics on a series of acquisitions including Triage Services Limited and SPC International Limited, Simon is the relationship partner for many of the firms' key clients. He enjoys a reputation for being straightforward and providing clarity on matters.
Simon has worked at B P Collins for over twenty years, having trained and then qualified in 1997. Simon led the corporate and commercial team for nine years before becoming senior partner.
