He participated in the most demanding and complex transactions that took place in Slovenia in the last twenty years, which included among others the entry of foreign banks, manufacturing and telecommunication companies into the Slovenian market, important takeovers and acquisitions as well as legal disputes in the field of telecommunications, competition protection, industrial property, pharmaceutical industry, trade and distribution.
