Miro Senica is the Founding and Managing Partner of Law Firm Miro Senica and Attorneys.
He is a renowned and esteemed expert in the field of commercial and corporate law in Slovenia as well as in Central and Eastern Europe. He advises mainly on complex transactions, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions as well as matters in the field of banking and finance, capital markets and competition. He participated in the most demanding and complex transactions that took place in Slovenia in the last twenty years, which included among others the entry of foreign banks, manufacturing and telecommunication companies into the Slovenian market, important takeovers and acquisitions as well as legal disputes in the field of telecommunications, competition protection, industrial property, pharmaceutical industry, trade and distribution.
His expertise along with his past and present work in the field of commercial and corporate law have helped shape the most important case law in the country and influence the development of entire industries while his exceptional negotiating skills lead to some of the major settlements in the country.
