Career

Jason Chan is a Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. He is instructed to act for corporate and high net worth clients in a wide range of contentious matters, including Court litigation, international arbitration, regulatory disputes and confidential investigations.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jason served as a prosecutor and a judicial officer. He was appointed as an Assistant Registrar and District Judge at the Supreme Court of Singapore. Jason also served as a Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel in the Attorney-General’s Chambers of Singapore, and as a Justices’ Law Clerk in the Supreme Court of Singapore.
