Tracy-Anne Ang has experience in M&A, venture capital, and private equity transactions for a client roster of MNCs, startups, SMEs, private equity investors, and venture capital funds. Terence Quek is also involved in a wide spectrum of investment transactions on both buy and sell-sides, ranging from seed financing to exits, and joint venture deals involving both local and cross-border entities. Hoon, Ang, and Quek jointly lead the practice. Brian Ng is well regarded for his handling of private-equity M&A as well as venture capital financing and fundraising.
